We pride ourselves in the freshness and quality of our cakes at Adjuvitr. However, since our products are perishable, we offer a return and refund policy only in cases where the cakes arrive damaged, stale, or in any way unfit for consumption.
If it is delivered in a damaged state or has gone stale, please reach out to us upon receipt of your order. We must present photographic evidence showcasing the state of the cake. Having established the problem, we'll issue a full refund or replace it according to your choice.
Since cakes are perishable, we cannot accept returns unless the product is damaged, stale, or otherwise compromised upon delivery. We advise you to open your cake for inspection upon its arrival.
In case we ascertained the cake is in a position of refund, the refund will be made to your bank account. The amount will take around 7 working days to arrive in the customer's account
We do not refund any cake that has been consumed, altered, or damaged after delivery. Also, if the problem with delivery is because of wrong recipient details given at the time of order, we cannot refund it.
